I did not discover Shilajit from behind a desk
Organic & Co began with a personal journey to Nepal. I went there looking for perspective and for something genuinely good that nature could offer. In the Himalayan region, I learned about Shilajit — a dark mineral resin with a long history of traditional use.
I started using it as part of my own daily routine. More than two years later, I still choose it because the ritual works for me: I feel fitter, stronger and more positive, with that little bit extra to give to my work, my family and life. That is my personal experience, not a promise of what everyone will feel. What I can promise is our commitment to purity, transparency and care.
