Shipping costs and delivery

Orders within the Netherlands are delivered for €4.95. Orders from €59.95 are shipped free of charge. For delivery to other countries, the shipping costs shown at checkout apply.

After receipt of your payment, your order is dispatched as soon as possible and no later than within two working days. You will receive a confirmation email with your order and, once available, a Track & Trace link to follow your parcel.

Delivery time

The expected delivery time within the Netherlands is 1 to 3 working days after dispatch. Delivery to other countries may take longer. Stated delivery times are indicative and do not constitute a binding deadline.

If a product is unexpectedly unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer a suitable solution.

Returns

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason (right of withdrawal). Notify us of your withdrawal in writing via info@organicnco.com, quoting your order number.

Exclusion: products that are delivered sealed for hygiene reasons and whose seal has been broken — such as opened food supplements — cannot be returned. Unopened and unused products can be returned.

Within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, we will refund all amounts received, including the standard shipping costs, using the same payment method you used.

Return procedure

First send us a message via info@organicnco.com with your order number. We will then send you the return instructions. Return shipments are at your own expense, unless the product was delivered incorrectly or damaged.

Report damaged or incorrect deliveries within 48 hours of receipt, preferably with a photo, so that we can offer a suitable solution quickly.
